High Efficiency DC Inverter Compressor

The DC inverter compressor is designed to adjust the output of the external unit according to the heating or cooling requirements of the controlled area. This sophisticated system enables accurate temperature control and optimizes energy efficiency, playing a crucial role in reducing environmental impact.

High Efficiency DC Motor

The speed of the DC fan is regulated to minimize power consumption based on the current load and pressure conditions.

High Efficiency Heat Exchanger

The newly designed window fins increase the surface area for heat exchange, reduce air resistance, conserve power, and improve the overall performance of heat exchange. The utilization of hydrophilic film fins and inner-threaded copper pipes further enhances the efficiency of heat exchange.

Intelligent Soft Start Technology

The soft start function of the DC inverter compressor minimizes the impact on the electric network during startup. This high-performance and low-noise scroll compressor operates at an accelerated rate during the initial phase, effectively reducing the startup time. Additionally, it aids in swiftly adjusting the room temperature to the desired level.

Night Silent Operation Mode

Omega’s Night Silent Mode feature, conveniently adjustable on the PCB board, enables the unit to be configured with different time options for Non-Peak and Peak operation periods, thereby optimizing the noise output. The Night Silent Mode activates a specific number of hours after the peak temperature during daytime, ensuring quieter operation during the night. Once the designated time has passed, the unit seamlessly transitions back to normal operation.

Compact Design for Effective use of Space

The compact size and lightweight design of the units result in several benefits. Firstly, they minimize the installation footprint, occupying less space. Secondly, they reduce the load on the installation floor, preventing excessive strain. Additionally, their lightweight nature makes transportation easier. In fact, for certain projects, the units can be conveniently transported using elevators or forklifts, which significantly reduces access issues at the jobsite.

Space Saving Design

The slim and compact design of the side discharge type results in notable savings in terms of installation space.

Simple Signal Line Connection

The installation process becomes simplified by sharing communication wiring between the indoor and outdoor units. This allows for easy retrofitting of the existing system with a centralized control, as users can simply connect to the outdoor units.

1-12 Indoor Units can be connected to one ODU

The feature of connecting multiple indoor units allows for 1-12 units to be linked to one Outdoor Unit (ODU). This enables efficient and personalized temperature control in multiple spaces at once, all while utilizing just one outdoor unit, enhancing operational efficiency and convenience.

Easy Maintenance

The inclusion of a forced cooling button enables the outdoor unit to operate in cooling mode regardless of the prevailing conditions. This feature facilitates the refrigerant charging process, making it easier to maintain the system as needed. Additionally, the self-diagnosis function is capable of detecting malfunctions in key areas of the system and displaying detailed information regarding the type and location of the malfunction. This functionality greatly enhances the efficiency of service and maintenance procedures.

Unit Applications

  1. Residential Buildings: This includes single-family homes, apartments, and condos. The ability of the system to provide zone control allows different areas of the home to be heated or cooled independently, increasing comfort and reducing energy use.
  2. Small to Medium-Sized Commercial Buildings: This could include offices, retail stores, restaurants, or small hotels. The system’s high efficiency and reliability make it suitable for these environments, where a consistent temperature is often necessary for comfort or even for the operation of the business.
  3. Educational Institutions: Schools, colleges, and universities can benefit from the zoning capabilities of the system, as different rooms or buildings may have different heating and cooling needs.
  4. Healthcare Facilities: Hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities often have specific temperature requirements, and the precise temperature control offered by this system could be beneficial.
  5. Historical Buildings: In buildings where the installation of ductwork is not feasible due to architectural constraints, VRF systems can be an effective solution due to their flexibility in installation and minimal space requirements.
