Healthy and Comfortable Environment

Importing fresh air creates a wholesome and pleasant atmosphere, ensuring a living environment that promotes health and comfort. This process involves bringing in fresh air from outside sources, which contributes to the overall well-being and livability of a space. The imported fresh air not only circulates and refreshes the indoor environment, but also helps remove stagnant or polluted air, creating a healthier and more enjoyable living space for occupants. This continuous supply of fresh air plays a vital role in maintaining optimal air quality, reducing the presence of airborne contaminants, and enhancing the overall comfort and well-being of individuals within the living environment.

High External Static Pressure

For greater flexibility in duct applications, the external static pressure can reach up to 300Pa.

Innovative Air Supply Technology

When connecting a fresh air unit with other types of indoor units in a VRF system, it is important to consider the following layout example:

1. Capacity Combination Ratio: The capacity combination ratio between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit should be within 100%. This means that the total capacity of the indoor units connected to the VRF system should not exceed the capacity of the corresponding outdoor unit.

2. Fresh Air Unit Capacity: The capacity of the fresh air unit should not exceed 30% of the total capacity of all the connected indoor units. This ensures that the fresh air unit does not overpower the system and maintains a balanced distribution of air throughout the indoor space.

By adhering to these guidelines, the fresh air unit can be effectively integrated with other indoor units in the VRF system, promoting optimal air circulation and maintaining a comfortable indoor environment.

Fresh Air Processing Unit

A single system can handle both fresh air filtration and heating/cooling. By connecting indoor units and a fresh air processing unit to the same refrigerant system, it increases design flexibility and significantly reduces costs.

Plenum Box

A plenum box is an essential part of the HVAC system, often attached to the ducted units. It functions as a junction between the air conditioning system and the ductwork, evenly distributing cooled or heated air throughout the connected ducts.

Electronic Expansion Valve

An EXV Box, or an Electronic Expansion Valve (EXV) Box, is a component of an HVAC system. It regulates the amount of refrigerant flowing into the evaporator coil based on cooling load or heating demand. The EXV responds to changes in temperature, pressure, or both to ensure the system’s efficiency and comfort levels are maintained.

AC Motor

The system is equipped with an A/C (alternating current) motor, which is a notable feature. The A/C motor plays a crucial role in driving the system’s operation, providing the necessary power for efficient airflow and ventilation. It is specifically designed to handle the demands of the system, ensuring reliable performance and longevity.

The A/C motor is known for its durability and robustness, making it well-suited for continuous operation. It offers reliable and consistent power delivery, contributing to the system’s overall efficiency and effectiveness. The inclusion of an A/C motor enhances the functionality of the system, allowing it to effectively regulate temperature, humidity, and airflow in the designated space.

Controller Type

This system comes with a standard wired controller for reliable, direct control. In addition, an optional wireless controller feature is available. This provides added convenience, allowing users to manage the system’s settings remotely, without the need for a physical connection to the unit. This wireless option enhances user comfort and flexibility in controlling the HVAC system
